If you wish to use your cards as membership or loyalty cards, we can add an optional signature strip. We normally position the strip centrally on the reverse of the card but alternative positions are available on request. Sequential numbering can start at any number and include any alphanumeric characters, so just let us know your preference by adding your instructions on the cart page. By default, numbering is positioned middle bottom on the reverse of the card but can be positioned in alternative locations on request. We also welcome enquiries for alternative quantities, embossed numbering, magnetic stripes and personalisation including barcodes and member names.

Uploading your artwork? Just add the product to your basket, complete your order and you’ll then be prompted to upload your artwork via our file uploader. Prefer to send it separately? No problem — you can send files anytime via WeTransfer. Once received, our print-savvy team will give your files a quick once-over and let you know if anything looks off.

Before you hit send… A quick reminder that images need to be high resolution for print — 300dpi is ideal. Just because something looks crisp on screen (usually only 72dpi) doesn’t mean it’ll print well. Low-res files can come out fuzzy or pixelated, so it’s worth double-checking before uploading.
Don’t panic though! If we spot anything that might affect the quality of your order, we’ll get in touch before anything goes to print.
Artwork tips: If you’re comfortable adding 3mm bleed and crop marks, brilliant. If not, don’t worry… our artwork team can take care of that bit for you. Just remember to keep anything important (like text or logos) at least 3mm from the edge… that’s your “safe zone”. It’s fine to run background colours or images right to the edge, but don’t risk losing key info to the trimming blade!

Delivery within mainland UK costs just £4.99 — or it’s completely free on orders over £25 (excluding VAT). Large format and signage products may carry an additional charge.

When Will It Arrive?
You’ll see the earliest available delivery date during checkout. If your order contains multiple items, they might arrive in separate parcels.
Remote & Offshore Areas
Deliveries to offshore or remote UK locations may take a little longer to arrive and could incur a small additional charge. If this applies to your order, we’ll confirm everything clearly at checkout.
International Deliveries

Failed Deliveries
If your parcel can’t be delivered, the driver will leave a card and try again the next working day.
