I cannot recommend Stress Free Print highly enough. The quality of printing is second to none. But the customer service is the best I have ever received from any company ever!I ordered banners and 600 order of services for my brothers funeral. As it was a stressful time, I had mistakenly selected delivery a week later than needed. This mistake was immediately picked up by staff from the date on the order of service and they expedited the printing to ensure they arrived on time. Not only this, just to make sure they 100% arrived when needed, the production manager personally hand delivered them to us. Chris updated me daily (sometimes multiple times) on the progress. I wish I could do more than leave this review…Stress Free Print is most definitely the correct name for this company!
I cannot recommend enough - ironically it was really a stressfree service. Sasha was highly communicative, understanding and had a great knowledge of the printing services and operations. She did everything to make sure I was able to get my cards printed within a short timeframe and was friendly and polite. The quality of the cards are fab and the price was competitive. They really came through and for this, I'd consider switching my printing to them for other products.I was initially let down by another company so they really saved the day. Very easy to order and I like that you can choose your delivery day. I use the bookmarks as yarn bands and they work perfectly and are very good quality. Would recommend.
I can honestly say I was super impressed with your service. I initially was worried you were not a legitimate company as everything was super fast and so easy to deal with, it actual felt to good to be true.Every person I dealt with was just delightful and everything arrived super fast and was just perfect. I actually was gob smacked. I have used many printers in the past and they have all been good, but yor service is excellent.
